The weather for the first few days was a bit hit and miss but it soon cleared up and we could laze on the beach most days!!! You didn't mention in your notes of the apartment where to leave the keys, however, we left them on the sideboard just in front of the clock. I hope that this was OK as we knew that Ian would have keys anyway. Thanks once again. Regards"

"Hi Nigel and Donna We had a lovely holiday but all too short before we are back to the cold! On many days we had wall to wall sunshine, no rain throughout the holiday, 19/20/21 degrees - fantastic. Your apartment was ideal. Clean, well furnished and facing the sea with sun from 10.00 till sunset on those balconies - sat and watched some fantastic sunsets. Even the walk back up the hill meant you felt you were doing something healthy. The management company that you use (Ian and Sheila) were fine. We met them at the apartment at the appointed time and they showed us round - where things were etc. The apartment was clean and all the things we expected to be there were there. We had their phone numbers but had no need to contact until end of our visit when we checked with them what to do with the keys. We did not use the transfer service as we had hired an Autoreisen car which we picked up at the airport. The car was reasonable and good value. We will certainly recommend you to friends. "Dear Donna and Nigel, We had a wonderful two weeks at the apartment. It was just as we pictured it and the views were just as advertised on the website. The weather was great and so we spent a lot of time down by the pool. It was a great surprise too to find there was a table tennis table and darts(out of the sun) for the children to enjoy too and those things really added to our holiday experience there. The apartment was lovely, the complex was so well kept and was also very quiet so that sometimes we were the only ones enjoying the pool(absolutely no worry about fighting for sunbeds!). We did eventually feel the need for a car. Because we have been to Tenerife several times, we didn't feel the need to visit too many places but we did want transport in the evenings if we wanted to go somewhere a bit more lively. But that was the beauty of the apartment we could have the best of both worlds. The village was fine to walk down to but a bit of a trek back up,especially with shopping and particularly as it was so hot. But we tried to time it when it was a bit cooler in the evenings and then it wasn't so bad. We had a great time and were very appreciative of your flexibility, especially with flight times etc and so being able to be in the apartment until the last minute was a huge advantage. Thank you very much for opening up the apartment for hire. We loved it and have very good memories of a special time spent there."

We hired a car for the week which was great as it saved our feet carrying shopping back and also was good in the day when we visited Hotel Tropical park. Weather was ok. No real rain (just a little mist when we went to a town in the north), cloudy at times but still warm and certainly a lot better than England. Will also be a great bonus when the sky is set up especially when the weather isn't sunny. We would like to hire the apartment again sometime if possible so will keep in contact - hope we left everything in good order - please let us know if there was any problems. Many, many thanks. "Hi Donna,   Yes, everything was great, lovely apartment and I would recommend it to anybody no problem. Lovely furniture and DVD player was ideal for a cosy night with the kids and ice cream after a busy day - thanks. Very tidy and the small welcome pack was appreciated. No mozzy bites at all!!  Some feedback:   • I don't think your websites (Owners direct and your own) do it justice, maybe you should include a few more photos, from different angles - very spacious and lovely views.  • Why did I book it?  - The weather, the pool, the balconies, the price, quiet area (children) away from the union jack shorts areas! But close enough to all the main beaches with a car (we found Playa de la vistas to be the nicest).  Also the flexible start date, as the cost of flights is by far the largest part of the budget.  I automatically ignored the ones that had fixed changeover days. The resort was quite nice and we ate out there 5 times. We hired a car which I would recommend to get the best out of the time there- I used Autoreisen which only cost 115 euros for 10 days for an air con 5 door Seat Ibiza.  Another plus point was the fact that you returned my emails and phone calls promptly, sounds obvious but most others didn’t bother.   • We left some buckets and spades, it may be worth putting them on as info -small point but I think I would have noticed that on the write up   • There was a bit of noise with it being fairly close to the road, but as it was the children’s back bedroom it didn't really matter.   • Maybe a sketch map of the apartment location would be handy – just from the Callao Salvaje roundabout. Also instructions on where to empty your bin   • The only down side would be the lack of air conditioning in the summer, and maybe a slightly bigger TV   There was a small leak from the cold water inlet pipe on the bidet, I turned it off when I arrived, then tried it again later on and it seemed to have stopped   I’d certainly book the apartment again if I was going back to Tenerife; I think I’d be hard pushed to find somewhere else such good value for money. Streets ahead of any package deal. Please feel free to use any of the comments, I’d happily substantiate them.   Thanks very much Nigel Lynch "
