Terms and Conditions of Booking

The complex rules prevent the renting to under 30s as it is a part residential/family complex.Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

Deposit

A £50 non-refundable deposit(per week) is required to secure your booking and is payable by transfer,paypal or Cheque.This will be returned to you on your return and on satisfactory condition of the apartment.

Payment in full must be made 4 weeks prior to your holiday and is payable by transfer,paypal or Cheque.

Cancellation policy

In the event of cancellation after payment is received,we will make every attempt to re-sell the dates you have paid for.In this instance your monies,less the difference of any days unsold,will be refunded. In the event we cannot re-sell the dates then no monies will be refunded.

Damage

Any major damage must be reported to us immediately,contact numbers will be included in an information leaflet sent to you.

Minor damage must be reported to us on your return,or our representative while you are there.

Small items(plates,cups,glasses etc) will not be deducted from your deposit as we appreciate there is a possibility of accidental damage or breakages,but we need to ensure there is sufficent left for others.

General

You are reminded that the complex is part residential and is generally very quiet.You will be resposible for the conduct of others in your party and to keep noise to a minimum to avoid disturbing the neighbours at all times.

Children should be supervised at all times when using the pool.

Smoking

The Apartment is strictly NO SMOKING ,you are permited to smoke outside on the balcony and there is an ashtray provided for your convenience.Any evidence of smoking inside will be deducted from your deposit.
